The SDK isn't currently certified with Studio 2013 so the installer isn't making the right registry entries.
This was answered through this blog already.

So the directory is a little different with Studio 2012 to Studio 2013. Please note this.
I will make sure another note is written for the Studio 2013, but the registry process is the same.
