Hi,
Do you know what version of the SDK 15.7 your are trying to install?
Are you trying to install the 32 bit SDK or the 64 bit SDK?
We just got certified with Windows 2012 R2. So the first thing I ask is make sure your installing with SDK 15.7 SP130 or higher or SDK 16.0 PL04.
