Thanks again - its difficult to raise incidents - so any help is appreciated.
I've said this before, but you should think about opening up the process to allow more people
to raise faults and view the solved cases.

eg We got a stack trace yesterday with "Insufficient room on this page to insert row of length" but lilttle means of checking if its fixed.
