There are other log files in that directory. The SDK_Suite.log file has errors that point to these other logs, which will help in figuring out the error.
As this is Windows, there is a distinct possibility that you are hitting Windows UAC issues. Try re-running the installation, but make sure to right click and 'Run as Administrator' on the installation executable even if you are already a machine administrator.
See if that works. If it does not, try running it from a CMD.exe session that has also been started as 'Run as Administrator'.
