When a stored procedure is created,
Adaptive Server stores an efficient, normalized form of the procedure called a query tree in the
sysprocedures table. When you upgrade Adaptive Server, the query trees for stored procedures and certain other database objects may be remapped to be compatible with the new release.
As Jeoroen said i am not sure this SP is there in 15.X version, I know this SP is there in 12.5 versions.
