SAP IQ is a different DBMS server than ASE and is column-based, not row-based. Most of the questions above would not apply to IQ (e.g. Questions 1,2,3,4,5,6,10,11,14,17,19,20,24,26 - to name a few).
By the way, your answer to #3 is only partially complete and 26 is wrong.
Are you testing ASE, IQ or both?
You can create/run the IQDemo Database buy running the Windows Start menu option provided in a Windows installation. If you are running on Linux, the documentation explains how to create and run the Demo database in the following link:
