For patch levels, when you are on the SWDC to download a patch click the 'Info' link beside the patch download:

This will open a list of SAPNotes for that SP with current PLs listed (one or more for that SP):

Select the SAPNote you want:

Clik here to view.
and you will be able to see and download all the traditional 'Sybase' EBF release info for all platforms.
