Okay we are not certified with Studio 2013. We just got certified with Studio 2012.
You need to manually register the driver.
I am sending you a link for Studio 2012 registration before we got the installer to do this.
So anyways you need to change to the correct directory for Studio 2013 which is 12.0 instead of 11.0.

Even if you get this installed I know of an issue with stored procedures passing parameters.
If you have code that is passing parameters you might want to stick to Studio 2012.
