Is there a document or a description about how to open a technical/informational case on the SAP site ?
I got to the point that I had to enter a product code, clicking on the question mark below the entry field shows a list of products, but that list didn't include ASE.
I got an email from SAP saying I should export my previous cases since they would not be transfered to the SAP site.
However, I don't find an option to export cases within case-express.
And 3rd, when I log in into the comunity network, I get a remark that there is at least one other account with the same email address.
That's the account I created before SAP transfered our contracts to SAP.
The message says to contact support where support is a hyperlink, but with an empty mailto tag.
