I can't log cases in case express anymore,
When I look up a previous case, I get the message :
Sorry, You are not authorized to view the information for CBS #21715-1 .
(but it shows the case).
I don't have a menu option to create a technnical case anymore,
but I do have some I've never seen before: create a registration card case.
Therefore I should get a registration card code from the subscribenet site,
but that can't be found.
This is a transition that isn't going smoothly, i'm affraid :-).
