Please try again, maybe with a different browser. The person who actually
created the survey says they are getting responses. If you simply can't get to
it, feel free to post your responses here (the survey essentially asks for the top 3 topics you would like and an estimate of the length of instruction you think would be ideal, and then has a final open text box where you can list even more topics if you have them).
