HK cores blocks other processes

Hello,

Running  ASE 15.7 SP50 on Solaris 11.1, today we had an incident where the  housekeeper process "HK CORES". This process had spid =12 assigned, so when we monitored using sp_who , some other processes that modified data, specially  inserts and deletes, where blocked by process spid 12(hk cores).

Due to this situation , some processes related to data modification couldn't ' be killed and we had to reboot ASE  to clear the problem becasue they were in "lock sleep" status.

Are there any tuning parameters related to this issue ?

PS: There are no errors related in errorlog
