Hi,

This is a known issue CR 778220. You can upgrade and use SDK for SAP ASE 16.0 SP02 PL02 which dropped yesterday where this issue is fixed and now allows you to use the 64 bit build of python.
You can also work around this by building python as 32 bit or wait for the next drop in the 15.7 series until 15.7 SP137 which won't be out until April.
