If I was you, in addition to opening a SAP TS Case, I try to access the TS Solved Cases DB,if it still exists, and if you have access to it as a licensed technical support contact. It used to be called Case Express.
If you get access to it, perform a search on cases that have ANY and then ALL the following keywords. Try several combinations of words, and even add some. I just listed the ones which on experience would yield hits, and probably significant hits:
stack trace
infected with signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
