Sometimes you don't find anything in the solved cases databases, but sometimes you hit pay dirt, so it is always worth a try. Like they say, "help yourself and God will help you".
I have had good results with this approach in the past. As a matter of fact, I once had a customer in Mexico who approached me with a similar stack trace.
I followed the outlined procedure and found a CR in the solved cases DB. It turned out to be the problem.Technical Support confirmed it and indicated wich EBF to apply.
I hope it works the same for you. If it doesn't, well, you learned a troubleshooting technique!

P.S. How did you access the solved cases DB? It has changed location and it is not accessible
to non licensed users, hence the question. Thank you
