I have tried everything including above one.
finally i have uninstall only database sybase 15.7.0.121 and install sybase 15.7.0.101 on HA.
now i am able to install it successfully and installing was running without any interruption and then i have upgraded to sybase 15.7.0.110.
i am not sure but i think there is bug in 15.7.0.121, and we have installed other standalone systems on this version and it installed successfully, it is giving problem only when we install it on cluster.
