The root cause is a bug (almost certainly) :-)
The root cause of the bug I'm not sure but the stack trace looks very incomplete to me.
As Claude says we really need the EBF #.
It *appears* to be something to do with sql statement replication which shouldn't kick in for select into, but I notice you have a sub-select with a sub-query within the select , this might be causing some confusion.
I would suggest channeling this one through support and try to provide a reproduction for them, ddl, database options, cfg.
